For more than 85 years, Aichele Werkzeuge GmbH has stood for precision, innovation, and the highest manufacturing quality in carbide tool production. For more than 45 years, the development of high-performance rotary cutting systems has also been one of our core competencies. As a family-run company based in Crailsheim, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering expertise and an international outlook.

Our tools and cutting systems are used in demanding production processes in the hygiene, medical, and packaging industries – wherever efficiency, service life, and dimensional accuracy are critical. From the initial design concept to complete system integration, we support our customers as a reliable partner with technical expertise.

Aichele stands for quality “Made in Germany” – backed by our own design department, advanced manufacturing technologies, and certified processes according to ISO 9001. With short decision-making paths, flat hierarchies, and a highly qualified team, we ensure flexibility, delivery reliability, and innovative strength.

In addition to our headquarters in Germany, we operate our own location for the North American market with Aichele Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. This allows us to provide customer proximity, service quality, and international presence from a single source.

USA LOCATION

With Aichele Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina, we have also been directly represented in the United States since 2016. The location is strategically situated – only a few miles from the city center and the international airport – enabling us to support our North American customers personally and efficiently.

The branch serves as a service hub, logistics center, and technical link between our international partners and production in Germany. With short response times, coordinated communication channels, and on-site technical expertise, we ensure high service quality and smooth project handling – from consulting through to maintenance.

Our presence in the USA not only strengthens customer proximity, but also underlines our international orientation. Customers in North America benefit from German precision, direct support, and the flexibility of a medium-sized family business with a global mindset.

Social Responsibility

For us, responsibility means strengthening people, supporting the region, and conserving resources.

We invest in apprenticeships and continued training, support regional initiatives, and are involved as a partner of the HAKRO Merlins Crailsheim. With photovoltaic systems, efficiency measures in manufacturing, and our membership in Packaging Valley Germany e. V., we contribute to sustainable business practices, skilled workforce development, and innovation in the region.

We have been a member of Packaging Valley Germany e.V. since October 2010.

Since 2010, Aichele Werkzeuge GmbH has been a member of Packaging Valley Germany e. V., one of the leading technology networks in international packaging machinery. In the region around Crailsheim and Schwäbisch Hall, numerous medium-sized and globally active companies have joined forces to pool knowledge, experience, and innovation.
